Job Description:
Beyond Finance is looking for our first Call Center Operations Associate, to help further build out our dialer strategy! Reporting into the Director of Strategy and Operations, this role will be key in helping us build out our dialer strategy through establishing processes, finding efficiencies, and ensuring we are leveraging technology to the fullest. Leveraging data, you will take a strategic viewpoint on our phone lines, line hygiene, and processes.
Responsibilities:
Dialer Admin
- Review and establish process for end-to-end management of our dialer system
- Work across multiple teams to coordinate efforts to continue driving system strategy
- Coordinate the testing of outbound sales lines for SPAM tagging by carrier and operating system
- Identify outbound sales lines meeting criteria for replacement
- Track and manage SPAM testing data for consumption by Analytics teams
- Establish and create disposition for calls, minor changes to campaigns and ability to understand campaign and IVR flow
- Monitor ongoing results, review and test changes to campaigns, IVR
- Interact with, and support call center agents with quality issues
Skills Required:
- Five9 (preferred), Twilio, 8x8 or Genesys call center administration experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar third party CRM integration
- Google suite (sheets, gmail)
- Working knowledge of mobile devices iOS and Android
