Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion across global virtual volunteering clients
- Lead cadence calls with international clients, identify and implement initiatives to avoid churn and explore avenues to up-sell and maximize revenue
- Work closely with internal teams – marketing, product, nonprofit partnerships, etc., to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability amongst current clients
- Liaison with product team to ideate, brainstorm and suggest changes in the product roadmap
- Own the business and influence leadership team by sensitizing them towards new user insights, product changes, new features etc.
- Align key metrics and objectives with the leadership team
Desired background:
- 1-3 years in a nonprofit at a corporate facing role (fundraising, partnerships)
OR
- 1-2 years working for a B2B start-up
Desired competencies:
- Strong communication skills – you are a people person and enjoy building relationships
- Client management skills – you have experience managing external stakeholders.
- Do-er with high energy and ownership – you like rolling up your sleeves and getting work done.
- Strong Bias for action – you're not afraid of taking risks as long as they align with business benefit
- Excellent organizational and team management skills – you can work with multiple internal departments without friction
- Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work environment.

Salary: $38,089.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
