We're an online seed company, looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to promote our products. If you enjoy communicating and building relationships with customers online, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Brand Ambassador, you should be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online. Ultimately, your responsibilities will be to increase our company's brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities through online outreach.
Responsibilities
- Find Influencers interested in our niche (survival gardening and seeds) and leverage their followers to grow our brand and make sales
- Post about our products online (e.g. social media and forums)
- Create, share and respond to online reviews
- Network and build trusting online relationships with potential influencers and customers
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Use and promote word-of-mouth and viral marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
- Monitor online comments on multiple social media platforms and respond or forward to the Marketing department
- Track customers' preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers' requests
- Track and report on competitors' marketing activities
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
- Strong social media experience on multiple platforms
- Experience creating online content
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Gardening experience is a plus
