Sandri Energy is now hiring Store Associates for our friendly, hometown Williston, VT store. We are a family-owned small chain of convenience stores and filling stations, with 18 locations throughout Western Mass, New Hampshire, and Vermont. We take pride in providing safe locations that keep our customers (and their cars) fueled up and on the go. Most of our locations are in small New England communities that serve a mix of local regulars and people visiting our beautiful region.
We are looking for reliable, courteous people who enjoy assisting others and keeping the store tidy, stocked and welcoming. The ability to handle payments accurately is important. Duties include accurately ringing up purchases, processing lottery transactions, verifying ID for age-restricted sales, taking payments and making change, answering customer questions, stocking, and light cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, wiping down pumps, salting of the walkways, taking out the trash, etc.)
We offer good pay (including a shift differential for evening and weekend shifts), uniforms, 401k plan and employee discounts to all employees. In addition, full time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. We are a company that values promoting from within and many of our Assistant Managers, Store Managers, and District Managers have been promoted to their current positions from within.
