The Champs x Eastbay Team Sales Rep has the ability to work remote / virtual.


Responsibilities
  • Establishing and driving brand equity through 360-degree relationships
  • Providing best in class customer service across an assigned territory and do everything humanly possible to make their lives easier
  • Increasing revenue to meet sales/growth targets while monitoring customer's accounts to ensure proper terms of payment are being met
  • Attending area coaching conventions/clinics and educating clients on products and current market trends
  • Attending on-site at store and Team Events to provide organizations/customers product knowledge and to create cross functional relationships
  • Maintaining and expanding client database within assigned market while achieving budgeted individual sales, margin and KPI goals
  • Researching accounts and generating or following through on sales leads
  • Reporting and providing feedback to management using financial statistical data


Qualifications
  • 4-year University Degree or 5-7 years of experience in Team Sales or relevant sales role
    Connection to Team Sports
  • High capability to drive lead generation and sales with local schools, clubs and other teams
  • Strong understanding of profit/margin calculations and sales metrics
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Requires excellent critical and analytical skills and high accuracy level is expected
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal, written skills, and presentation skills
  • Convey a professional and branded appearance to customers and prospects
