Intrepid Software Solutions, LLC (ISS) provides Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Integration Solution Services to a wide range of customers from industries including aerospace, automotive, defense, electronics, engineering and ship building. The ISS team has assisted customers with successful data/document management and process automation/improvement since the mid-1990s and is currently searching for an PLM Sales Associate to fill our growing team.
PLM Sales Associate is an entry-level sales position responsible for acquiring new client prospects, retaining and growing our existing client base, coordinating and executing sales activity and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for being part of a team and delivering results.
Salary
$40,000 to $50,000 base salary plus sales driven bonuses
Required
- 2-3 years in PLM or similar technical sales
- Professional disposition with an attitude of self-sufficiency and determination in getting the job done
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills combined with very strong presentation skills
- Maintain a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to achieve targets and quotas
- Drive opportunities from end to end through the full sales cycle (relationship sales)
- Promote software subscription renewals and client services
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability and discipline to work from a home office
Preferred
- Experience with PLM - Understanding Workflows, Life Cycles, BOM, CAD, Structures and Change Processes
- Experience with engineering and manufacturing - Understanding BOMs and the realities of engineering to manufactured information exchange
- Familiar enterprise application technologies
- Engineering and/or Technical Degree
