Talaria Transportation offers secure transport services including cash and product transport, cash processing services,
ATMs and change delivery services. We are a team who believe that transparency, communication and customer service are the key to success. We currently operate nationally and partner with financial institutions. We are excited to be expanding at a rapid rate and are looking forward to expanding our team to continue to scale with us. The compensation range for this position is $48,000 - $52,000 annually.
Job Summary: The Sales Associate will work to grow the customer base of Talaria as well as build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
What You Do:
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Activate new business accounts effectively
- Interface with customers and coordinate with Ops to ensure smoothest possible customer experience
- Run point on customer escalations and pull in additional resources as needed
- Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
- Be a positive contributor to the team to maximize short- and long-term revenue targets
- Proactively monitor issues, risks, and trends to provide resolutions
Work Hours & Benefits: This role is to be available M-F 7:30am-5:30pm. The Company offers health insurance
(50% company paid) after completion of 90 days.
Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-driven and eager to provide superior customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of contacts
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 2-3 Years customer facing experience
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
