Established in 1992, ProtoCall's customers include community behavioral health providers, employee assistance programs, university counseling centers, and managed behavioral health organizations. ProtoCall answers calls on behalf of over 400 organizations who look to our call takers to provide effective and compassionate access to services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as coverage that they typically could not otherwise afford.

Your Day to Day

You are responsible for being the first contact of all applicants and supporting them through the hiring process. You have strong attention to detail and ability to review and move applicants to the next stage of the hiring process. You often work with highly sensitive organizational information and data, that requires a high level of discretion, tact, understanding of personnel-related laws and regulation involving such information and sound personal judgment.

Recruiting

  • Application review and screening
  • Maintaining electronic applicant folders and tracking systems
  • Provide technical support to applicants
  • Fielding applicant questions
  • Day to day contact with applicants via email and phone to ensure that the applicant is actively engaged in the process.
  • Ensuring applicants complete internet verification forms
  • Sending assessment link to qualified applicants and tracking completion rates
  • Provides exceptional employee experience for candidates and the hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
  • Interview scheduling and Coordination internal and external
  • Keeps abreast of current trends in recruitment and social media
  • Supports all recruiting initiatives and functions

Onboarding

  • Processing accepted offers and sending off background authorization forms.
  • Prioritizing applicants to ensure recruitment metrics are achieved for call center new hires.
  • Updating recruitment dashboard weekly
  • Sending off surveys to applicants and new hires
  • Ensure that I-9 documentation is completed and entered into the E-Verify system.
  • Send new hire packets and ensure new hire paperwork is completed.
  • Ensuring new hire checklists are completed
  • Conducts people services portions of new hire training
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, providing support to the recruitment program.
  • Knowledge of recruiting laws and practices.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to conduct effective individual and group presentations
  • Computer literate
  • Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with external vendors, potential job candidates and internal employees for referral.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
