Finance Graduate Trainee Rotational Program
How it works
This two-year program for a recent college graduate that includes three cross-functional rotations, 8 months in length in one or more of our US locations, to help you develop an understanding of the different areas of Accounting & Finance, while providing you with broad exposure and meaningful work. Rotations may include functional areas including but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Financial Accounting and Reporting
Cost Accounting
Fixed Assets
Inventory
Audit
Ad-Hoc Projects

Sample Rotation
The rotational path of each participant is customized to develop strengths and stretch the individual's skill sets, giving prime opportunities for growth and new experiences. The following is a sample rotation of a participant who has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting:
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Lead Role – 8 months
Financial Accounting and Reporting – 8 months
Cost Accounting – 8 months
