Our company is a remote-based, full-service advertising agency looking for a Proofreader to join, support, and help develop our growing operations team. Working hours are minimum of 10 hours per week and maximum of 40 hours per week, overtime is allowed. This is a fully work from home position.
Proofreader Tasks:
Review documents for grammar, spelling and style mistakes
Review documents for errors in artcle
Fact-check information when necessary
Compare documents and websites to original templates for accuracy
Follow brand guidelines for clients when applicable
Work remotely on the development of new projects and processes
Other duties as needed
Skills/Requirements:
High school diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or related field
Sound knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
Excellent copyediting and proofreading skills
Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
Exemplary problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
High-speed internet access
