Job Description
Our client is a cannabis grow and retail company. They are looking for someone to help with a variety of tasks at their grow facility. They will need someone who is willing and able to help with trimming, packaging, cooking and other odd end jobs around the farm. No experience is required but you must be willing to learn and take direction from others.

Duties
- Prepare space required for planned production.
- Hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Assist with the maintenance and care for cannabis crops at all stages of the harvesting cycle.
- Maintain, care, and manicure the plant.
- Preparation and packaging of cannabis products
- Stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
- Maintain a steady production pace trimming product
- Adapt to different techniques of trimming
- Maintain, sweep, and sanitize the workplace.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The position must occasionally lift, push, pull and /or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, this position is occasionally required to sit and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and or touch. This position is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Able to work in an environment where the temperature may vary between 60 and 90 degrees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate effectively with all coworkers and staff.
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work & stand for extended periods of time as well as do some heavy lifting (at least 50 lbs.)
- Ability to work a varied schedule; weekends & holidays as needed.
- A valid Montana Medical Marijuana Program Agent License and Badge

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
