US-Oregon Hybrid/Salem
When it comes to wishing for superpowers, flying, invisibility, and telepathy are often among people's top preferences. But our new administrative assistant will employ a power that is just as important when it comes to solving problems: flexibility (think Elasti-Woman, Mr. Fantastic, and Rubberband Man).
As an administrative assistant in the claims operations unit, you'll serve as an assistant to operations supervisors. Your normal to-do list includes taking meeting minutes, helping coordinate unit events, keeping office supplies stocked and in good condition, coordinating employee desk moves, completing various program tasks, and supporting team building activities.
Your flexibility superpower will come in handy when you are up against a task that is not on the normal to-do list, including filling in for other division assistants and ordering gifts for employees to celebrate significant milestones. To be successful in this position, you'll need time management, attention to small details, organization, and strong written and verbal communication. If you have superhuman powers in flexibility and can confront villains (AKA: issues) before they arise, apply today.
