The Ecommerce Associate is open to learning about the e-commerce market as well as brand/designer names, antiques, jewelry, collectibles and electronics and uses this information to list products on multiple online marketplaces. They are comfortable using various forms of technology and learning new software in both office and warehouse environments. The e-Store associate is adaptable to an ever-changing online market and contributes to a positive work environment by modeling Goodwill's mission and citizenship behaviors. Duties include:
Handling customer inquiries.
Sort and price merchandise.
Research potential items to be listed online
Order packing and office supplies
Photograph new items and uploads for listing online
Safely packing and shipping items
