Operations Duties:
- Draft contracts for new clients and manage the contract execution process
- Serve as accounting point of contact for clients and answer any questions
- Communicate with 3rdparty vendors such as IT, legal etc.
- Communicate with Bookkeeper on updates pertaining to client contracts and vendor bills
HR Duties:
- Assist HR Director with administration of new hire and benefit paperwork, ensure required documentation is received and filed/processed accordingly
- Assist HR Director with employee termination procedures/paperwork
- Assist HR Director with misc. admin projects
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Congenial and patient in all circumstances and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Resourceful and determined work ethic
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
