We're looking for a Customer Support all-star to take charge of customer happiness.
The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a startup culture. This role is all about solving problems to our users.
Although this is a Part Time position (up to 35 hours a week), this can change with time to a Full-Time position depending on your needs and company's needs.

You're not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and help our support team crank through tickets, phone calls, and text messages. You have experience using Zendesk and handling billing, refunds, and payment processing questions and issues.
On any given day, you'll be doing one or all of these things:
- Troubleshoot and find simple solutions to customer issues early, late and often.
- Absolute passion in being the voice of 6YA to our customer
- Ability to deliver delight service through written correspondence (email) and/or phone support
- Strong critical thinking skills when applied to technical and non-technical issues

- 4+ years experience in a previous Customer Support role
- Experience with Zendesk (or similar ticketing system)
- Fully Remote

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
