The Installation Coordinator works closely with the Installation team to ensure the brand is being represented appropriately across all platforms. This role works closely with the Field Quality Managers, Installers, and our Retail Partner Associates to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manages multiple projects from receipt of contract, delivery, scheduling, through installation
- Communicates directly with contractors and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
- Handles and manages on site coordination with contractors and subcontractors
- Communicates with crews, retail partner associates, and schedules with homeowners to successfully complete window and door installations
