Receive completed customer applications for new accounts from internal WEX Sales department
Verify account setup and ensure accuracy based on partner needs and requirements
Complete physical card orders based on partner needs
Update account status in SalesForce upon completion of verification
Monitor and work active department queue in compliance with partner SLAs.
Communicate effectively with internal WEX departments such as Sales, Account Management, etc to address any special requests or questions related to applications.
Complete appropriate card-type checklist to ensure proper verification.
Complete application verifications in a timely manner in accordance with department standards.
Complete credit setup on new accounts
