Job Description – Customer Support and CRM Manager
STOW IT is a fast paced, consumer facing startup in Fort Collins, CO. We specialize in helping individuals and companies rent their barns, garages, and land for vehicle storage. Almost like Airbnb for storage.
This job will be fully remote with structured hours.
We are looking for an organized, people person to fill in where we need help. This job will include customer service, managing our CRM systems, and inbound sales calls. The job will have a variety of tasks in managing our customer service helplines, emails, and our CRM systems.
You won't be bored and your day to day responsibilities will always be changing and evolving.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Handling helpline calls
· Match Making and setting up new customers
· Collecting late payments and organizing evictions
· Organizing customers and partners
· Inbound Sales Calls
· Organizing our CRM
· Contacting users about upcoming reservations
This position will be approximately 50% of the time on phones and 50% of the time organizing our CRM systems.
Qualifications
The main qualification is that you are an organized individual that can effectively communicate with customers. We are a people first company and pride ourselves on great service.
· 2+ years of customer service experience
· Ability to work 9am to 5pm M-F MST
· 2+ years of CRM system use
· Friendly demeanor
· Can resolve conflict
· Ability to take on new responsibilities
· Management experience is a plus
Pay will start at $20 per hour for the first month or two and then will move to a salaried position with benefits.
