We are seeking a hourly Customer Service Representatives to work in the Client Services department. This position requires working Eastern time zone afternoon hours up to 19 hours each week. This hourly position is not benefits eligible.
Remote or hybrid working schedule available. Remote work requires a certain level of internet speed.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
· 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required
· Minimum high school diploma or GED
· Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
· Excellent PC skills
· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to maintain knowledge of company's products and procedures
· Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers
Hourly rate:
· $20 per hour
Schedule:
· 19 hours per week
· Monday–Friday
· 3-4.5 hours per day (tentatively) in the afternoon
· Shifts vary by department needs, flexibility required
