Summary/Objective
Keches Law Group has been named as one of Boston Globe's 2020 Top Places to Work! We are an established Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Law Firm and are looking for Client Intake Call Center Representative.
This position will be remote work from home.
The primary responsibilities will be receiving incoming client calls and initiating outbound client calls, completing full case intakes, sending electronic authorizations, following-up with clients, and other duties as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Functions
Receives incoming client calls and initiates outbound calls to potential clients, as received electronically and by live transfer
Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling client claims and forwards completed intake to appropriate attorneys for review
Uses Salesforce software to enter all case and client details, and maintains detailed logs and task history within the database
Conveys accurate information to clients with regard to different case types with confidence and assurance
Sets the tone and pace of all calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience when speaking with potential clients
Demonstrates ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details to determine the viability of their claims
Competencies
Possesses the ability to accurately translate verbal information into written correspondence Treats calls consistently, whether it is 4:30 on Friday or 8:30 on Monday morning Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and escalate client calls appropriately
Possesses strong technical capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Has the ability to absorb, retain and apply new information
Performs work in a detail oriented and methodical manner
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role, however the employee may at times be required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position will be remote and for those who prefer a flexible schedule (days, nights, or weekends). We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-time employees.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Prior call center experience, inbound or outbound sales experience, or law firm experience
2. Bi-Lingual a plus
Salary
Total compensation will involve salary and commission. Potential salary for full-time is $36-50K. Salary is determined by call volume and number of intakes completed.
