Position: Inside Sales Supervisor

Is this role for you?

The main focus of this role includes:

1. Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly team and company sales targets.
2. Select, manage, coach and develop a high performing team of sales associates.
3. Monitor productivity of associates and generate reports. Monitor call volume to ensure service levels are attained. Make necessary changes in staffing based on day of week, call volume forecast, other anticipated events.
4. Monitor individual, team and call center results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends to ensure attainment of revenue goals and performance targets.
5. Monitor sales calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy and adherence to call flow and company policies.
6. Provide both positive and negative feedback to associates and deliver associated corrective action.
7. Answer questions and recommend solutions to address customer complaints.
8. Provide communication and follow up to ensure associates are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
9. Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
10. Create and maintain a winning culture among workers; motivate associates, recognize successes and resolve grievances.
11. Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team.
12. Develop and maintain interdepartmental partnerships to resolve customer issues.
13. All other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

1. High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years progressive leadership experience required, preferably in a call center environment.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and adaptability.
3. Ability to think analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and recommend appropriate actions.
4. Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, customer-facing and/or employee relations problems.
