OCG Kitchens are fast-paced, high energy environments full of people with a passion for food and culinary arts. Our line cooks prepare and plate dishes that wow our guests and exceed expectations. Cooks will be assigned to specific stations each shift that are in line with their skills, tenure, and future development goals, and will be responsible for executing menu items from their area in a professional manner for service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect
  • Love and appreciation for ingredients, preparation techniques, and various cuisines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and always punctual for scheduled shifts
  • Punctual and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as asked
  • Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures
  • Physically able to work standing for extended periods of time and to lift up to 50 lbs.
