Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting and ensuring system integrity, assisting system users with problem identification, and finding optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a resource for all system users regarding inquiries and troubleshooting problems or issues related to servers, vmware, storage and databases at an enterprise level.
- Assists with testing for upgrades, patches and other system enhancements.
- Responsible for direct governance of managed service provider to ensure service levels are met, support efforts are maximized and contractual obligations regarding service are upheld. Build strong partnership and relationship with support teams and leadership.
- Assists in developing training materials and curriculum for training sessions. Trains and orients new and existing users on system functionality and applications.
- Provides data reports for management as requested.
- Analyzes problems or issues, researches solutions, and communicates best options to the customer.
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Technical coursework
- 2-5 years experience with servers, storage, vmware, open systems, dbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,118.00 - $130,655.00 per year
