Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing superior support and guidance to our customers and passengers
- Handle incoming calls and emails in support of our online websites
- Provide operational support to include but not limited to actioning air changes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for the business.
- Learn and build destination knowledge of Europe, Latin America, and other destinations
- Strong focus on selling vacation packages
- Build customer loyalty by cultivating relationships and providing outstanding support
- Exceed the customers' expectations through excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Perform other work-related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- Strong sales and service skills, required; (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), required
- Call center work experience, required; (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of travel and tourism, required
- Experience in travel industry and using Amadeus or Sabre, preferred; (minimum 3 years)
- Strong computer skills, required
- Ability to pay attention to detail and keep organized while working in a busy office environment
