We are hiring for positions at baseball facilities throughout the Valley, with heavy concentration in Goodyear, Glendale, and Tempe. If you love sunshine, green grass, the sound of the crack of the bat and the smell of hot dogs in the air, then we have the job for you.
↩Starting pay for Licensed Security Guards is $15/hr, with a $2/hr additional pay rate for 18+mo of Military or Law Enforcement experience. Additionally, we offer a $1/hr differential for overnight shifts. All posts are standing positions and require your attention and communication with the team.
↩We run weekly New-Hire Orientations including AZ Guard Card Training. Apply today and we will have you ready to go when pitchers and catchers report!
↩If you are qualified to obtain a guard card and are interested in starting as event staff as you wait for your guard card you are welcome to interview and discuss the options through Make Parties Happen, our event staff organization. Guard card training is free to everyone we consider for hire. Non-licensed staff pay is $13.25/hr.
