Data Entry Assistant needed for a leading mechanical contracting firm

Employment Type: Short-term Contract, approximately 3-4 months
If you're a whiz with transferring data from one database to another and knowledge of Human Resources is second nature to you, then we want to speak to you! As the Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for transferring a high volume of data from multiple sources into a new database, ensuring that all necessary data is being entered and maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing HR administration support and guidance to managers, team leaders and employees.
- Generating official internal documents and moving them from one source to another.
- Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents efficiently.
- Assisting with HR project work.
- Other duties as directed by the HRBPs and HR Leadership Team.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required
- 3 years of experience in HR administrative support required
- An adequate discernment of human resources principles and employee record keeping
- Knowledge HRIS preferred
- Strong PC application knowledge; highly tech savvy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; must be able to effectively manage timelines for projects
