Legrand Fort Mill is looking to expand our work force by hiring part time employees! We are only hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. We run Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM). A minimum of 24 hours a week with a maximum of 32 hours a week is expected from our part time employees. You give us the times and days you want to work, and set your own schedule!
What is the job?: At Legrand you will sign on as a picker and packer.
- Walking through our aisles you will pick orders for our customers.
- Packing boxes for our customers and shipping them out.
- Following all processes, safety procedures, and shift procedures.
But that is not all, at Legrand we have many opportunities to grow, learn new jobs, new tasks and have a bigger responsibility on our team!
QUALIFACATIONS:
- Must pass a drug test.
- Able to work independently with some direction.
- Able to read and comprehend English written instructions.
- Able to perform simple math operations such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
- Can sit, stand, walk, push, pull, carry, and bend to the floor.
- No prior experience is needed!
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet all day.

Unlike other companies and businesses, we do not have part time employees under an only if needed employment. If a shift does not work for you, we will allow you to do a split shift. Maybe you cannot come in at 7AM-3PM, but you can come in and do 9AM-5PM.
