State Licensure Requirement: New Jersey - LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Ph.D or Psy.D
The Opportunity:
Partner Clinicians are able to build and support a private practice while utilizing the billing, operational, learning and community resources provided by Resilience Lab. Partner Clinicians are expected to conduct between 50 (PT) and 100 (FT) therapy sessions per month, and extensive support is given to help them achieve this goal. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
We work with clients on a self-pay basis and submit out-of-network insurance claims on their behalf. Partner Clinicians will have the option to enroll into our in-network program with United/Oscar/Oxford/Humana, and have the opportunity to offer limited "Pay What You Can" slots to clients from marginalized groups facing financial hardships. Additionally, we provide referral subscriptions to sites such as Psychology Today, ZenCare or MWB as well as online marketing with SEO and Google/Facebook advertising to help build up a case load. Our proprietary matching algorithm also creates therapist-client matches to enhance the therapeutic alliance and ensure you get to work with your preferred types of clients.
While therapists primarily conduct individual, couples, and family sessions, they can also, if they wish, become auxiliary supervisors and/or general supervisors for pre-licensed clinicians, design and facilitate groups and workshops or . As such, there are multiple pathways for therapists to gain additional business and clinical experience. Ultimately, we try to strike a balance between empowering autonomy and fostering community in the workplace.
