Position Summary

This position provides assistance to staff by entering and retrieving data from computer systems.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enters data into computer system following a complex codebook.
  • Sorts, copies and files records.
  • Assists with editing of documents.
  • Assists staff with retrieval of information.
  • Performs cold-calling for research study recruitment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of general office equipment and computers.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent high school certification.

G04-H

Salary Range

$15.15 - $20.22 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
