As a Customer Service Representative, you make the 4imprint brand come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they've ever had!
You'll be assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing product suggestions, detailed information, product samples, pricing and quotes, and coordinating guaranteed on-time delivery. You'll also gather any imprint information from our customers and create clear instructions for our art team, so they can produce the artwork necessary for memorable promotional products.
Here's what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Answer incoming calls from customers who require more information prior to purchasing. This information includes but is not limited to; product/art advice, samples, pricing information (quotations) and product research requests.
- Place follow-up calls with customers when clarification of orders and/or samples is needed.
- Provide clear and timely artwork instructions for the art team to be sure the customer's imprint is as requested.
- Return e-mails and voicemails in a timely and responsive manner.
- Ensure all orders are processed in order to meet customer's specific timelines.
- Accurately enter customer purchasing information on a PC-based order processing system.
- Effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers regarding samples, order status, and resolution of problems.
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

- Able to type 35 wpm or more.

Required education/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years sales/customer service experience.
