Client and Sales Support Associate

ABOUT US
We are a design-build general contracting firm serving clients in the DC/MD markets. Our services include kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations. We are opening a Design
Studio in Takoma Park showcasing our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, tile, and countertop offerings. The Studio will be a space for our design team including architects and designers to collaborate with our clients to create beautiful and inspiring home environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Place and closely track client selection orders for cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, countertops, tile, windows, and doors.
- Onboard new clients and introduce them to the design process.
- Administer project management client portal (Monday.com). Train clients in the use of the system for making finish selections, team dialogue, and project schedule tracking.
- Provide sales support including:
- Entering new client information into the project management software.
- Scheduling online and in-person consultations for the Owner.
- Managing follow up communication with clients to include:
- Follow up emails and phone calls
- Development of sales proposals
- Send client contracts.
- Change Orders
- Occasionally staff the design studio.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the company owner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- EXCEPTIONAL technology skills. Ability to learn and administer project management software
(Monday.com). Adept at using Google suite, Zoom, Google Meet, Pandadoc, Docusign.
- OFF THE CHARTS attention to detail down to ordering and tracking the delivery of a missing doorknob on a project with up to 100 orders.
- PEOPLE PERSON - This is a client-facing role. Extreme diplomacy and patience are required. The
"customer is always right" mentality.
- DIRECTION - Abilty to both take initiative to get the job done as well as accept direction and assignments from the company owner.
- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY to develop trusted relationships with clients and maintain clear communication through a project's completion as a technical expert
- ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT, ability to work independently, and solve problems creatively
- EXCELLENT TIME management skills.
Compensation
Zen Renovations offers a competitive salary and benefits program. All team members receive 3 weeks of paid vacation after the first year, and fully-paid company health, dental, and vision insurance.
