Description: Brightside is looking for a Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate to help support day-to-day pharmacy fulfillment operations. This includes engaging in daily standard work around ensuring that patients receive their medication, managing issue resolution, tracking performance metrics, and participating in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Support the day to day pharmacy fulfillment operations of the Brightside service, including coordination and direct support to our members and providers.
  • Track and serve as the point person to address operations issues in real time.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) related to Brightside's pharmacy fulfillment.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA's) by any Brightside vendors.
  • Develop recommendations and execute on plans to improve efficiency and quality across all clinical operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Capable of using MS Excel for data entry and analysis
