We are seeking a Maintenance Operator to become a part of our team! The Maintenance Operator is responsible for overseeing a small team of maintenance professionals and vendors, coordinating appointments, and implementing company policies and protocols to ensure maintenance needs are solved timely satisfactory to the tenant and homeowner. This is a remote position with a flexible M-F schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations by monitoring incoming requests and delegating work orders
- Work closely with a team of maintenance professionals, vendors and team members to coordinate and prioritize maintenance needs
- Ensure all maintenance requests are completed swiftly and satisfactory to the owners and tenants
- Organize routine preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with using various computer programs and management software
- Ability to build rapport with others
- Ability to multitask and prioritize needs
- Ability to adapt with an evolving technological based organization
