The Fortuna team handles all aspects of opening a new food and/or beverage business to make the process easy and exciting for our clients; our experts in interior design, equipment, training, product, coffee roasting, and more are prepared to help at every step between concept and completion.

What you'll do:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Suggest products that align with budget and business identity
- Schedule customer pick-up orders
- Check in on existing clients to ensure that all needs are met
- Prepare invoices and customer orders
- Schedule customer visits and order pick-ups
- Engage in client meetings to recommend product choices
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to become deeply familiar with our extensive product catalog
- A passion for the success and growth of our customers' businesses
- A positive attitude with problem-solving skills and a desire to get things done
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player and able to offer support in other areas as needed
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or (2) years professional experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years experience with Quickbooks
