As a part of our Braustin service team, you will be part of the team who gets the opportunity to represent Braustin in the field. You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times. As a junior service tech you will be the support of your team and team lead. We need someone who has ambition to learn, the ability to thoroughly grasp new tasks and who takes initiative to stay ahead of the tasks that they are responsible for. One of the most important parts of being a junior service tech is being able to listen and execute the instructions given by your team lead. You also need to be able to stay motivated and focused on completing the task at hand in a timely manner. Being a junior service tech is and should be used as a stepping stone to further your skills, and abilities to become a future lead.
