Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Pinpoint and assess customer concerns by actively listening to their desired needs and providing a solution in an applicable time
Communicate professionally, openly, and persuasively with customers to portray the value and benefits of our client's services, sales promotions, and products
Maintain updated customer information at all times, including account information, billing, contact information, and updated address
Follow all standards and company policies while interacting with customers, clients, staff members, and the management team
Work efficiently with fellow Customer Service Representative team to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales goals
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas during staff meetings to upper management for discussion and implementation
