This position is a clear path to a successful career in a secure, skilled labor field that is growing higher in demand every year. While many jobs require prior experience in the field, you are only required to show the ability to learn professionalism and the skills needed to install a variety of shutters and blinds offered by Lowe's. Paid, on-the-job training will be provided to you to ensure that you are equipped to perform excellent craftsmanship and customer service in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Installation of: blinds, shutters and shades
2) Ability to display professionalism and craftsmanship
3) Willingness to train and apply skills within the trades
Work Experience: None required, paid training is included. While prior experience will be helpful, none is required. No education requirement.
Must possess the ability to:
1) Lift 50 lbs or greater consistently
2) Provide documentation of valid Driver's license
3) Pass a background check
