General Manager weekly hours will range from 45-60 hours per week options, with flexible shifts.

Hiring new staff
Training new staff
Nurturing the culture to be a fun place to work
Train shift leads to setup schedules for the shifts
be a mentor to the shift leads
Stay positive
Focus on the solutions and not on the problems
Communication with corporate entity as needed
Make sure all ingredients for the store are on site as needed
Track KPI's for store to report back to owners
Learn as much as you can while having fun!
