ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our assistant boutique managers are brand ambassador that take pride in carrying the company value of man-made approach and mindfulness.
Their main mission is to achieve the sales goal of the store fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences.
With the help of her/his team, he/she will be responsible to grow a strong business.
The key responsibilities are:
Managerial duties:
- Partner with the SM in running the day-to-day store operations.
- Support the SM to outreach boutique goals,
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve boutique target
- Assist in conducting monthly Inventory
- Create store schedule, share with team and management
- Support training new team member as needed (store + NA new hire)
- Responsible for Cash Count
- Cash Deposit
- Product Data + Ranking
Customer service
- Warmly engage with clients to introduce the brand and our collections and share knowledge on the art of fine perfumery,
- Compound perfumes, label and boxe the creations as needed
- Build client database by gathering all clients information
- Address and successfully resolve client situations according company client care protocols
In-store operational duties
- Up-keeping the maintenance of the boutique
- Monitor the daily sales chart
- Ensure a full stock of merchandise on the floor and transfer from the stock room to the floor as needed
- Assist in monthly Supply Orders for partnering business
Additional responsibilities
- Assist in in-store private events and corporate orders as well as additional brand projects
- Assist the store manager on the training of new hires
