Overview of Help Desk Administrator position:
- Assist the company in the development and maintenance of data center, network, branch offices, retail sites and next-generation systems and platform
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of services from inception, design, planning, deployment, operation and refinement
- Provide engineer-level support for network, telecommunication, system, development and applications
- Maintain services and ensure availability, reliability, security, latency and overall health of company systems
- Provide capacity planning, change management and emergency response to system-wide issues
- Provide application and database development and support, application upgrades and integration
Qualifications of Help Desk Administrator:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Windows preferred
- Microsoft preferred
- POS system knowledge
