We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our clients and their potential customers.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We provide a pre-screening service for various benefit programs including different types of home mortgage refinancing, credit repair, debt consolidation and other financial benefit programs. We generate live transfers to a multitude financial institutions nationwide.
REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
If you have a proven track record of successfully working remotely - we will offer you a remote position with training being done remotely.
If not, don't worry, we have office training available if you want to get properly trained before heading home to work remotely.
We will provide the equipment. -- we will provide the training -- we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff. You will need to provide the internet and a distraction free work environment.

· Make Outbound calls via a automated Dialing System
· Obtain information using a dynamic script
· Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals
· Ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.
