We are a high tech startup company providing an online emotional support platform directed at providing support groups for people facing similar life challenges. At Circles, people can face life's biggest challenges together - so no one will be left alone.
We offer online group meetings of up to 10 participants, coordinated by mental health professionals. Our video-based support platform provides an opportunity for people to feel more at ease sharing their personal experiences, creating bonds, and accompanying each other through difficult times.
With thousands of success stories, and hundreds of ongoing groups, we are searching for amazing new Group Facilitators to join our team!
We are seeking mental health professionals to pioneer facilitation of US online support group meetings on the Circles platform in a high tech startup environment.
Circles will assign group members and provide you the platform, allowing you to focus your time and efforts on what really matters - your professional facilitation and building your group!
Responsibilities:
Management of group members individual and group needs, which includes:
- Facilitate weekly meetings
- Moderate an ongoing group chat
- Onboarding new members
- Manage and lead groups in a way that is respectful and considerate of all participants
- Ensure the groups adhere to the company's views and values
- Provide meaningful content in and out of sessions to group members
- Taking part in initiatives to assist in ongoing product and company development.
Qualifications
- Mental health professionals, life coaches, grief counselors, behavioral health specialists, relationship counselors, mental health coaches,
- LCSW/MSW advantage but with ability to work nationwide
- Previous experience facilitating groups.
- Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to take part in developing a new product in the mental health space
- Tech savvy
- Availability during evening hours
- Weekend availability
- Valid professional liability insurance
- English speaker
