This position has a VERY STRONG FOCUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! We rely on our customer-service staff to build long-term relationships with our customers

Responsibilities of an office specialist:
- Interact with customers respectfully via phone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule customer appointments
- Sell pest-control services to new customers
- Assist with office administration
- Process customer accounts for billing
- Follow up with customers about service issues
Requirements of an office specialist:
- Organized and able to prioritize a diverse workload
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Extraordinary customer-service abilities
- Proper phone, text, and email etiquette
- Able to learn quickly with a positive attitude
- Willing to work occasional overtime hours
Our office specialist will need, above all, a confident knowledge or our company's services and systems. This knowledge will be acquired through extensive training and coaching.
Compensation: Base hourly pay $10 to $12. Additionally, you will earn commissions on your sales. Average monthly income will range between $2,000 and $3,500.
