Job Description
We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our growing team. You will work with our operations team to process and fulfill customer orders. You can expect to learn a lot about how our business functions, be professionally challenged and have plenty of opportunity for career development.
What You'll Do
- Enter orders into ERP system
- Download orders from customer websites and upload shipping info
- Review open orders, monitor and close back orders
- Release orders to ship
- Create deliveries and invoices
- Process EDI orders
- Follow necessary guidelines/procedures set in place by Management
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow different procedures set in place by management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties
- Possess positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task
- 1+ years data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
