MeetSmarter Storyboard Ally
MeetSmarter is looking for talented editors, storytellers, notetakers, and entrepreneurial types to transform recorded meetings into summary storyboards that can be shared to keep remote organizations on the same page. Our customers are comprised of executive and leadership teams of technology, consulting, and creative services companies. They will receive, use, and share your work daily. This is a fully remote position, but hours must be predictable.
Who you are:
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
- Excellent writing skills, including grammar and punctuation
- Self-starter who can effectively manage time and produce with autonomy
- Able to identify the key points of a multi-faceted conversation
- Proactive communicator who asks questions when needed, provides opinions, documents learnings, and able to report activities to leadership
- Familiar with basic digital productivity tools like email, Google Docs, Slack
- Familiar with digital social products like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter or other platforms that combine words with visual elements for expression and storytelling
- Must have a basic understanding of business terminology
- Must have a predictable schedule and be able to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Must speak and read English fluently
What you'll learn:
- How business leaders communicate with their teams, with each other, and with their customers
- How decisions are considered and made in a business setting
- How leaders apply creativity to complex problems and design solutions
- How to be valuable to business leaders by knowing what they care about
- How to edit and summarize sometimes long conversations so that anyone can get the necessary details and context in as little time as possible
- You'll be working with an experienced leadership team of an early-stage technology company, helping shape its customer-facing product and reputation
- You'll get exposure to how AI is trained, along with how other enterprise software experiences are considered and built
What you'll do:
- Watch, listen to, and read recorded Zoom meetings and transcripts
- Utilize our proprietary software to create storyboard summaries of these meetings
- Capture quality screenshots of people and items shared virtually in meetings
- Use your good judgement to discern what's important and not important in a meeting
â€" key quotes, takeaways, next steps, shared links, etc.
- Document key learnings from your process of summarizing these conversations, provide this feedback to leadership, and help inform requirements of our software

Compensation
We're looking for people who can work at least 10 hours per week predictably. We start pay between $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hourly rate wages can increase as performance indicates. This is a fully remote position, but hours must be predictable.
