Our practice is seeking a patient billing specialist to provide excellent care and communications to our patients on accounts payable due and the scope of their dental benefits. Knowledge of dental insurance plans is required to review and communicate to patients what their insurance provided for benefits.
A snap shot of responsibilities and duties:
- Manage day-to-day patient billing utilizing our high technology computer systems and patient billing applications
- Inform patients of their dental benefits and patent responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, send and receive emails and texts
- Call dental insurances to investigate claim payment on patient behalf
- Entering payment from insurance and patients
- New patient concierge and data entry
- Update patient insurance information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
