This opportunity is just for Call Center Support.
We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in contracting individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. All Call Center Representatives will be Independent Contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer issues.
- Take care of customer complaints.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Handle customers on the phone.
- Handle customer call logs and reports.
- Communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Document information in a database.
- Resolve customer issues through phone calls, emails, and letters.
All Call Center Representatives are Independent Contractors. No equipment is provided for contractors. Contractors will need to ensure equipment is compatible.
