We are a high volume fresh fast-casual restaurant with a full-service feel. At Viva you will find a "scratch" kitchen where our food is made fresh daily. Our menu allows guests to venture out and try new spices and flavors of authentic Peruvian dishes combined with our own unique twist. Our commitment to quality carries over into the preparation of our rotisserie chicken with our hand built imported Peruvian Rotisserie Oven.

- Competitive Salary and bonus with opportunity to grow with the concept. Start at $60,000 -$65,000 per year with the opportunity to earn bonus once finished with training. Total compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of fast-casual management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is preferred.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, cross training, and retaining the team; including scheduling, giving feedback, and being collaborative explaining the WHY's with staff.

Responsible for operations and ensuring we are exceeding guest expectations with a passion for food safety, people, and service.
Viva Chicken Managers must become proficient in both the front of house and back of house and ultimately are scheduled to work in both areas.
Must interact with the Guests and participate in "no-contact" Grab-N-Go takeout, Curbside pick-up to ensure we are providing "5-star" service.
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of "People Development" and are excited about training and developing the team.
Committed to high quality, proper deployment of labor hours and cash control.
Has an awareness of the business and is looking for ways to continually develop and improve.
Experience planning and preparing for daily catering business.
Must be able to reach, bend, balance and carry large objects within the kitchen repeatedly throughout your shift.
