Concrete flatwork company handling new construction, tear out and redos, pool decks, and decorative concrete across West Michigan.
We are a small team, looking for someone who is self motivated, good natured, easy to get along with, and willing to work hard.
Daily tasks include forming for concrete pours, grading, pouring, finishing, cutting, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience, drivers license, vehicle, good work ethic, willing to follow instructions, able to handle high stress, willing to communicate and be flexible as job sights and requirements are often changing due to availability of mud, weather, or time constraints.
Pay based on experience and ability- Steady paycheck and opportunity for for advancement as the company grows. Overtime after 40 hours.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
