MEDICAL RECORDS LPN
Med Rec Nurse uses PointClickCare for electronic records. This Dept. Head completes daily and monthly audits of electronic charts for completeness and accuracy. Duties include:
- Review all doctor's orders for accuracy
- Audits new admissions and discharges for completeness
- Compiles Quality Assurance information
- Completes medication reviews
- Does Med Pass Audits
- Scans any paper forms into PCC
This position requires some Nursing Home experience. Must be flexible to learn and work in all areas of the facility. Requires someone who is organized and self motivated to improve nursing systems.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
